Use the form below to request an online PD session. Courses should be requested by site directors, assistant directors, or PD coordinators.

Please fill out all fields below. When your course session is approved by SDE, you will receive an email with course number and enrollment code.

If you wish to have multiple sessions of the same course, please submit a separate request for each session needed.

If you are interested in suggesting/requesting courses other than those listed, please contact SDE directly.

All fields with an asterisk (*) are required. Each course must have a Course Manager who is responsible for overseeing the course. The Course Manager may be the Site Director, Assistant Director, PD Coordinator, or a designated specialist.
